Larry Davis

Deputy Director, Grants Administration Unit

Mr. Davis is the Deputy Director for Grants Management at the Governor’s Office of Homeland Security. Prior to coming to the Office of Homeland Security Mr. served in the Community Development Section at the California Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD). Programs managed by Mr. Davis included the Economic Development Allocation of the State Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program, the Child Care Facilities Financing Program (CCFFP), the Central Valley Infrastructure Grant (CVIG) program and the Jobs-Housing Balance Improvement Planning Grant (JHBIP) program.

Prior to coming to the State Mr. Davis was employed by the City of Fairfield, Department of Public Safety as a Firefighter, Fire Engineer and Fire Specialist III
